This Handbook by the Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism aims to provide useful information for starting and growing a business in the tourism sector. It is a short and concise reference document that points out funding sources for the tourism sector available in South Africa (at national and provincial level) and relevant contact details for each organisation as well as practical guidelines on developing a business plan.
